Kesong Puti (aka White Cheese) is a traditional Philippine cheese that is made from carabao's milk. It is soft, white (obviously), slightly salty, and void of any distinguishing smells that is common to other cheese. Sentro's take on kesong puti make for a great starter to your meal. The Fried Kesong Puti (₱320 for sharing) is served in small fried balls that is coated in a thin layer of flour. Comes with two sauces - garlic and sweet & sour that is pretty good when combined.
