Alba Restaurante Espanol does not joke around when it comes to authentic Spanish cuisine. They've been around in the country for more than 50 years and that feat is not easy to achieve! That said, it is worth noting that their Paella Valenciana (₱490) is the best we've tasted. Served in a paellera is a bed of saffron seasoned rice topped with chicken, pork, seafood, hard boiled egg and vegetables. Remember to order as your first agenda as it takes 30 minutes to be served. As they say, good things come to those who wait - and this paella is well worth that wait!
