I'm sure you have seen this Italian restaurant everytime you get your bubble tea fix from its neighbor at the Fort. We've finally had the chance to try one of its "Wood Oven Pizzas" and we'd like to spread the good news. They serve 12" thin crust pizzas with a chewy center and a crisp crust - it is wood fired all right. Being the adventurous folks that we are, we tried the Sweet Pear and Gorgonzola (₱425) pizza. No, it is not a dessert pizza but an actual savory pizza with tinges of sweet cinnamon pears. The pears go surprisingly well with the gorgonzola cheese (though we wish they added a little more pears!) making it a new favorite. Don't expect to find Hawaiian pizzas in here, this place is all Italian!
