Sushi, sashimi, steamed and fried dimsum, roast specialties, tempura, variety of grilled meats and perfectly cooked prime rib. Mandarin Hotel's Paseo Uno (₱1600++) is one of our favorite buffets even before you reach the dessert counter (which has crepes and black sesame ice cream). Our absolute favorites is the fried to order dim sum and the freshly cut varieties of sashimi. Often forgotten, this buffet has risen to number 2 on our list of favorite buffets in the metro (just behind Sofitel's Spiral).
