We just discovered that Shi Lin is not only good at serving dimsum but they have pretty decent desserts as well. They have your typical almond jelly and the not-so-typical dessert dimsum, but the star of the night for us was the Red Bean Pancake (₱80). A thin layer of red bean filling sandwiched between the fried and perfectly crisp wrapper. Sliced into 6 that is similar to pizza, the serving is just right for 1 or 2 persons.
