Out of the wood burning ovens comes one of the best pizzas we've tasted. Homemade garlic-fennel sausage, double-smoked bacon, pepperoni, red onions, fennel dust, fresh Rizal dairy mozzarella top Stella's Butcher's Best Pizza (₱325). While the toppings sound simple enough, the combination was extremely flavorful. The crust was divine - light, crispy and had great texture. The pizza is a bit small, but you don't need huge portions for a pizza this rich. We'd recommend ordering 1 pizza per person (and asking them to substitute the pepperoni with some chorizo).
