Shi Lin's Shrimp and Pork Shiomai (₱165) looks like a shumai but it doesn't feel like one. Drawing influences from the Mongolian Shaomai - with the wrappings forming a neck and flower shaped top. The difference is this shiomai boasts the same excellent broth found in Shi Lin's Xiaolongbao. This actually tastes better as the wrapping is lighter which puts the delicious ground meat with shrimp on top as the stars.
