Mangetsu is billed as a Japanese fusion restaurant, but unless Tofu or Gratin came from Japan it is very hard to call this a fusion of anything Japanese. This however, doesn't take away how awesome this Mangetsu's Tofu and Cheese Gratin (₱290) was. Silken tofu covered in mozarella cheese and secret spices. You taste both tofu and cheese in every bite where everything literally melts in your mouth. Trust us when we say you won't get this bite anywhere else.
