Delicakes'by Joly prides itself in only using the best ingredients there is and it shows. We had their White Chocolate Matcha Cake (₱950) and we couldn't help but agree with Joly's philosophy after each heavenly bite. This cake is similar to the sansrival minus the buckets of butter - it is replaced by the more healthy green tea mousse. Layered with white chocolate and in between layers of meringue, we are loving that this cake is not too sweet yet is satisfies our dessert craving.
