Taho is a local snack that is made of silken tofu, syrup and sago (pearls). The typical taho we grew up with was served hot, usually during mornings, and comes from those giant cans carried by screaming men. These days, the taho has evolved and is now served hot or chilled and comes in a variety of containers in eateries everywhere. These days, this evolution has been taken to another level with Taho Bar offering the Flavored Taho(₱35). Not just flavored syrup that we usually find in Baguio, but the actual silken tofu comes in fun and colorful varieties! They boast of Ube, Pandan, Mais (Corn), Melon, and Mango. Mix them, or match them, or just stick to one - it does not matter since each colorful tofu "slice" holds a distinct flavor of its own.
Taho Bar is available in Glorietta Food Court and Mall of Asia
