2nd's serves up your good ol' macaroni and cheese in a more exciting setting. 2nd's Truffle Three Cheese Mac (₱435; with chorizo ₱495 ) is a blend of creamy emmenthal, sharp cheddar, and aromatic blue cheese with a drizzle of truffle oil. This dish is made more interesting by the crunchy potato chip crust, which gives it a good contrast of textures removing that "umay" effect we usually get with mac and cheese. Get the one with a blend of Spanish Chorizo and you are golden.
